How awesome are these!?! They were both built by Mothers Day but it took us all summer to get schedules together for the big race day. Even so neither of the boy's dads could make it I guess we'll have to do it again so they can see it too. I don't think the boys will mind.
Ashley and Auntie take them for a "hot lap" first to show the boys how it's done. They both needed another push but the boys zipped right down the hill several times.

Oops! James ran Nathan right off the road! He really needs to practice his steering, but rubbings racing right? Nathan kept track and let us know James ran into him 3 TIMES!!! Almost had to take his car in to the pit crew after one crash when the wheel bent but Dave was able to fix it on the track and away they went again.
