The boys adding to Arianne's village.... they invaded with James' bucket of soldiers they set up snipers found a jeep to run over people and were holding the carolers at gunpoint.... When James got up he was really mad they had done that to Aunties village but then we told him we were just teasing Auntie and he likes to do that so it was okay at least until she saw it and then James took it down.
We headed up to Amy and Nicks for an afternoon of visiting and playing for our SIX kids! WOW!

On our way home from Bombas with Auntie James informed me that Santa forgot to leave him flashlights but James didn't know that Santa had also stopped at our apartment so we had round 4 of gifts yesterday afternoon and TADAH flashlights! He had started being afraid of the dark a couple months ago but given a flashlight and the door left open he is totally cool. And its pretty cute if he wakes up in the middle of the night to see that flashlight bouncing down the hall lighting his way. :)

As Adam and Andy passed out gifts Adam would shake his and then do just a bit of a head nod like "yep thats what it is" These were a box of bullets.

The boys thought there should have been a picture of Arrianne's reaction when she saw what her brothers did to her village. We are still chuckling about it.

I know but she was so pooped when she got home after working the overnight and then driving she didn't really have a reaction until later when she saw the snipers. Grandpa Mart thought it was pretty funny though, but James was really not impressed! And as soon as he got the go ahead to take them down he did. He also rearranged the nativity scene so everyone was in a circle around the baby Jesus.
The boys always put EVERYONE (animals included) around baby Jesus too. They laughed about James putting all of the decorations in one spot on the tree, which is funny because I have pictures of them doing the same thing. :-)
Well our boys probably have the right idea Jesus should be the central reason at Christmas time. :)
