headed up to Solway to drop off James with Arianne and then John was thrown into the fire... we've never been out with my friends from back home but looks like he is holding his own with our Amy! :) (he never dances like that with me!!!)

Got up and took the kiddos to the parade. james loved it. i think he ate 10 tootsie rolls. then we had a popsicle and then we had lunch; corndogs and indian tacos. YUM!!!!

SAT NIGHT
more fun for the grown ups as Amy had lined up sitters to stay at her and Nick's home for all 8 of our collective kids! AWESOME!!! We all went out and had a great time and then most of us made it back to Amy's to sleep in tents John and Nick had pitched earlier in the day. (we are now the proud owners of a green tent and camo sleeping bags - we knew we were camping in the yard and brought nothing with us so we went to Target and got stellar deals! $14 sleeping bags and a $60 tent!!! who goes camping without any equipment?)

Seriously, I think James could pass as one of Nick and Amy's! When he's near Daniel I swear they look like brothers!
It was good seeing you guys! Let me know when you're in town again! Maybe next time Jacob will actually warm up to everybody!
I would honestly have to disagree with your karaoke comment. I think 99% of people should not sing. On the other hand, hound dogs are always welcome.
