We first had to do a little shopping for lunch then home to take a half a nap then to have pictures done. He was super cute in all of them it was so hard to choose but they had to option to buy a CD and the copyrights. YAY!
The cupcake almost looks like a prop here but its not...
He loved his cupcake (can you tell?) The girls at the studio had just as much fun with these shots as he did. Then there was a little girl about his age who was really checking out his balloons so he gave her one she loved it.
James had a blast opening presents have I mentioned he loves tissue paper, well any kind of paper really and shredding it?
Then after he opened some presents and played with them a little he had the rest of his nap. Meghan said that wasn't fair to have to take a nap during his party but he most definitely needed it!
Having birthday dinner, yum pizza and a banana!
And then Daddy set up this very cool toy! He has his very own fort right in his room!
John was sitting in the main part of this and James went right in and crawled right out the tube and around and around he went! Then I crawled in and he thought that was funny he came from the other end and crawled through the tube over the top of me. I guess I was not fast enough for him. :)

James looks like he had an awesome birthday!! The pictures with the balloons are so cute! You'll have to post more from the photo shoot!
Cute costume for Halloween too! That's super clever! Did you make that??
